Find Your Market

You need to know your market and who you want to go after with your product.  If you can know the size of your market then you will be able to decide if it is worth going after.  Many people are struggling with knowing their market and if it is big enough to get monthly subscribers.  This is something special when you know you have hit a sweet spot with your market.

Also you have to be concerned that it is too big.  You don’t want to run into problems with such stiff competition that you just get caught up in a group of huge competitors like a dime a dozen.
